What to expect

Here are some guidelines for how you can show up, and make the most of your event weekend.

Make up your mind to stay tuned in, engaged and participate.

We encourage you to arrive at 5:45pm for “door opening” every evening! This is our virtual lobby for networking, special announcements and preparations to start your evening. Do log in early to avoid network issues and to help ensure that you are settled and ready.

To add some spice and leave us with precious memories, we would like for you to take a picture of yourself when fully dressed and ready to join. Mail pictures to info@careernuggets.co.uk

You can also post your photo on social media with #cnball2020.

This is a LIVE virtual event. There are no playbacks or replays. We have planned a very thoughtful series of activities and content to help you make massive progress in your career journey. Please block out all of the event times on your calendar and make a commitment to attend all the sessions.

With most virtual events, video is one-way. This makes it difficult for the host and attendees to be engaged and feel connected.

That’s why, we ask that you turn on your webcam – and keep it on – for the entire event!

My team and I, as well as all of your fellow attendees, want to see your beautiful smile, and see and feel your energy.

This is SO important, and it’s one of the easiest ways to make this one of the most fun and valuable experiences you’ve ever been a part of!

The Career Nuggets Team will be available during all regularly scheduled sessions to support you in the chat. All Questions and enquiries during the event should be sent to the co-hosts in the chat.

Being present is the best gift you can give yourself!

Turn your phone on DO NOT DISTURB and turn off your email, Skype and/or text notifications to minimize distractions.

If you can, make plans in advance to support your family with their meals and activities so you can be totally tuned in.
