About Us
Career Nuggets was created to inform, educate and inspire people to take their career to the next level. It was set up by Morenike Ajayi as an information hub for BME (Black Minority Ethnic) individuals, who want to advance in their chosen careers.
The vision is to provide knowledge through workshops, events, advice and information via various media.
Founder (Morenike Ajayi)
I am a senior finance executive and a broadcaster. My passion is helping people within the black community to advance and excel in their chosen careers.
I am the founder of Career Nuggets and producer of Career Nuggets TV, a TV program where I share useful tips on career development and progression. I firmly believe that many of us have the potential to advance in our careers and with the right nurturing and mentoring we can be bold enough to reach out for the right opportunities.
Our Mission
Career Nuggets is a social enterprise created with the aim to bridge the career progression gap in the BME community in the UK.

Accelerate Mentoring Academy
Accelerate is an intensive career coaching and mentoring programme guaranteed to accelerate your career progress and take you from striving to thriving even if you have been stuck in the same position for longer than you can remember.
TV Show
This is a business and career discussion program, where seasoned professionals who are making strides in their careers, discuss relevant topics that impact on career progression. They offer useful insight, expert advice and relevant resources.

As I sit with my coffee enjoying a delicious apple pie made by my neighbour (with the fruit from my tree!) I started thinking about this mystery.
18 years for a tree to bear fruit. There is a lesson to be learned here and I want us to think it through.
