The Career Nuggets Soiree is a 2-Day Hybrid Event consisting of a Virtual Seminar and an in-Person Soiree. Get ready for a wonderful experience as we celebrate one another, make new connections and get inspired and equipped for the year ahead.
The Princess Royal Training Awards – our Strategic Partner – is one of the Awards divisions of City & Guilds Group under the patronage of HRH The Princess Royal. They have identified with our mission and values at career nuggets and are poised to support us for this event and future projects.
Since 2016, the purpose of Career Nuggets events has been to provide inspiration and networking opportunities in an elegant black-tie setting.
From new graduates to executives, middle and senior management professionals and not forgetting the entrepreneurs – all of our attendees get the opportunity to stay on top of the latest career trends and broaden their horizons in the marketplace. Our lineup of speakers are chosen to inspire, inform and educate and so far, they haven’t disappointed.
Each year, a number of wonderful individuals and organisations step forward and lend us their support in making our events a success. These include but is not limited to our strategic partners, The City & Guilds Foundation.

The first annual Career Nuggets Ball was in December 2016 and the theme was “Living on Purpose”. Each year our annual networking event has been better than the last. See the highlights of each below.
The theme of the 2021 Soiree was Never Say Never Again: A James Bond Themed event. It was held at the Copthorne Tara Hotel in Kensington London. Our guests were encouraged to dress in elegant black and white to match the theme. Our Emcee was Action Jackston and he helped create a relaxed fun atmosphere. We played an exciting yes/no game and the winner was one of our young people. He did so well that guests kept adding money to his cash prize! Our food was supplied by ______ Morenike’s outfit was supplied by ____ Hair and makeup by ________ We had a lot of new faces including representatives of The City and Guilds foundation, our strategic partners.
