Yechenu Audu is an accomplished Business Financial Services professional, community leader, and advocate for economic empowerment with more than 10 years of experience in banking and business advisory. Holding a Master’s degree in Economics, she works closely with business executives across industries including supply chain, real estate, construction, manufacturing, transportation, and wholesale distribution, providing strategic guidance on financing, cash flow management, and business growth. Her professional excellence has been recognised through multiple honours, including two RBC Community Leader Awards and the Nigerian Professionals in Manitoba Professional Excellence Award.

Beyond her professional career, Yechenu is the Co-founder, Board Chair, and President of the Black Manitoba Network, an inclusive non-profit organisation dedicated to the socio-economic advancement of Black professionals, entrepreneurs, students, and their allies. A passionate advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and social responsibility, she is committed to creating opportunities for businesses, women, minority communities, and people living with disabilities. Through her leadership and service, she continues to connect people with opportunities and inspire meaningful, lasting community impact.
