Vicki Olatundun, LL.B. is a former criminal law attorney, executive leader, social justice advocate, nonprofit strategist, award-winning author, educator, TEDx speaker, keynote speaker, and recording artist with more than 20 years of leadership and service across Canada’s nonprofit and social justice sectors. Her career has been defined by a commitment to helping people recognise their worth, overcome adversity, and transform their lives. As Executive Director of organisations including the Steinbach Family Resource Centre, Chalmers Community Services Centre, and SEEDS (Supporting Every Eve’s Daughter Safely), she has championed families, children, people experiencing poverty, and survivors of human trafficking and exploitation. Her leadership has resulted in innovative community programmes, including Canada’s first Road Safety Play Park for children under six, while her work as a speaker and educator has inspired audiences across Canada and beyond.

Vicki’s personal journey of resilience, including her experience with infertility, inspired her award-winning book, *Unleash Your Crazy to Win: How Overcoming Infertility Led to Business Success*, later released as an audiobook narrated by Vicki herself. Her influence also extends into music, where she performs professionally as Adé and has received recognition for her R&B and gospel recordings. Among her honours are being named one of Canadian Living Magazine’s 40 Change Makers, the Steinbach Chamber of Commerce Non Profit Excellence Award, and recognition by the Manitoba Legislative Assembly for community service. Guided by her philosophy, “Believe. Behave. Become,” Vicki aspires to become a “people millionaire”—positively impacting millions through her leadership, advocacy, words, and creative work.
