As a Senior Buyer in Manitoba’s manufacturing industry, she leads multimillion-dollar procurement initiatives, strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier negotiations, and continuous improvement programmes. Her expertise in procurement transformation, SAP Procure-to-Pay implementation, and operational efficiency has consistently delivered measurable value and sustainable business results.

Beyond her professional career, Vera is a passionate community leader dedicated to service, mentorship, and organisational excellence. As President of the Nigeria Association of Manitoba Inc. (NAMI), and through previous leadership roles including Vice President of the South Winnipeg Community Centre Board, she has championed initiatives that strengthen community engagement and foster inclusion.
