Patricia Ukpoka-Eyamba is a transformational community leader, social impact strategist, author, settlement sector coordinator, and advocate whose work is dedicated to fostering inclusive development and lasting community change. Since relocating to Canada in 2014, she has established herself as a trusted leader in program development, partnership building, and community engagement. As the founder of PUE Inc. and a founding director of She-Unite Inc., she designs and leads culturally responsive initiatives that empower newcomers, youth, women, families, and equity-deserving communities through mentorship, leadership development, education, and wellness programmes.

An accomplished author and facilitator, Patricia is also recognised for her work in vicarious trauma education, helping organisations strengthen resilience, psychological safety, and compassionate practice. Her debut book, I Have Come a Long Way, explores themes of immigration, identity, belonging, resilience, and empowerment. Guided by the values of compassion, dignity, collaboration, and the Ubuntu philosophy—“I am because we are”—Patricia continues to inspire individuals and build stronger, more connected communities.
