Olohigbe “Lolo” Fatoyinbo is an experienced Human Resources professional with more than 16 years of expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development. Her career has spanned the technology, investment banking, oil and gas, energy, and public sectors, equipping her with a broad perspective on building high-performing teams and fostering inclusive workplace cultures. Currently serving as a Human Resource Manager in Winnipeg, Manitoba, she partners with organisational leaders to strengthen employee engagement, enhance workplace relationships, and improve recruitment outcomes.
