Mrs. Fatima A. Mustapha is an entrepreneur, community advocate, and mentor whose life story is one of extraordinary resilience, perseverance, and purpose. Growing up in Northern Nigeria, she overcame significant cultural, financial, and personal challenges in pursuit of education and opportunity before immigrating to Canada more than 35 years ago. Over the years, she has built a diverse career spanning education, finance, community service, and entrepreneurship, culminating in the co-founding of *Feast of Africa*, Manitoba’s first African butcher shop and one of its pioneering African dining establishments. Through innovation and adaptability, she has helped shape the province’s African food industry while inspiring others to pursue entrepreneurship.

Beyond business, Fatima is deeply committed to community development and empowering future generations. She has volunteered with organisations including the Winnipeg Police Service, The Salvation Army, and the Nigerian Association of Manitoba, while also leading the Northern Nigeria People of Manitoba. As the founder of the *Priscilla Olanrewaju Scholarship Memorial Trust*, she champions girls’ education and supports aspiring female educators, reflecting her lifelong belief that education, resilience, and service have the power to transform lives and communities.
