Bolaji Badmus is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and accomplished public-sector leader with over three decades of experience in financial management, investment planning, infrastructure funding, and asset portfolio governance. As Asset & Investment Management Manager with the City of Winnipeg’s Department of Innovation & Technology, he leads strategic financial planning, asset management, investment governance, and multi-year budgeting for technology and digital service initiatives. Previously, he served with the Province of Manitoba, where he managed major federal-provincial infrastructure programmes valued at more than $500 million and contributed to landmark public investment projects. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Leicester, a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Lagos State University, and the CPA/CMA designation.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Bolaji is deeply committed to mentoring, financial empowerment, and community service. Through financial literacy initiatives, one-on-one coaching, and career mentorship, he has helped professionals, students, and newcomers build successful careers and make informed financial decisions. He also serves as Treasurer of Soul Sanctuary Church and has contributed his leadership to numerous charitable and community organisations.
