Adebukola Agboola is a dedicated social worker, educator, and community advocate whose career has been defined by a passion for empowering people through education and social support. She began her professional journey in Nigeria, where she rose from nursery school teacher to Directress of one of Benin City’s pioneering Montessori schools, helping to shape the educational foundation of countless children. Since relocating to Canada in 2014, she has built an impactful career in social services, supporting individuals living with disabilities, mentoring volunteers from diverse backgrounds, and guiding newcomers towards meaningful employment and successful integration into Canadian society.

Committed to lifelong learning, Adebukola earned her Bachelor of Social Work with honours while working full-time and is currently pursuing a thesis-based Master of Social Work. In her current role within the newcomer settlement sector, she provides case management and advocacy for refugees, permanent residents, temporary residents, and international students with complex needs, connecting them to vital resources and opportunities. Beyond her professional responsibilities, she remains deeply committed to serving the Nigerian community through counselling, mentorship, and compassionate support for individuals navigating life’s challenges.
